I’m Rob; a Wellington-based photographer with a passion for photography of all kinds.
The only time I’m happier than when I have a camera in my hands, or am seated at the computer processing photos, is when other people are happy with photographs I’ve shot.
I have nearly 30 years’ experience shooting a wide range of subjects. I published and edited an aviation magazine for several years, and as a freelancer, shot photographs for a range of other publications. My photos have featured in numerous books, magazines and calendars.
My photography and writing have taken me to lots of fascinating places around the world, including Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Afghanistan.
I’ve used photography in my law enforcement, aviation and journalism careers, but it remains a personal passion—and it is something I love to share with others.
Good photographs tell stories and create emotions without words; I love it when my photos help others tell their stories and safeguard their precious memories.
